  • Reconstruction of an Eight to Ten-lane Divided Urban Freeway Facility
  • Reconstruction of 12 Entrance/Exit Ramps and 13 Bridges
  • Reconstruction of 4 Grade Separated Intersections at Bingle/Voss, Chimney Rock/Wirt, Antoine and Silber
  • 44 Months Duration (April 2005 to December 2008)

  • $158 Million Low Bid Received February 8, 2005
    • Contract awarded to Williams Brothers Construction Company
