Construction cones protect the recently poured concrete for the new I-10 eastbound frontage road near Mason (looking east).

A portion of the old Mason bridge over I-10 remains as construction of the new I-10 mainlanes bridge over Mason continues.

A crane removes a beam from the old I-10 westbound mainlanes bridge over Mason creek (looking east).

The concrete beams are stacked, broken into smaller pieces and hauled away to concrete and steel re-cycling plants.

The old Barker Cypress bridge over I-10 has been removed and the new I-10 westbound mainlanes bridge over Barker Cypress is being constructed (looking east from the Park and Ride).

Rebar in place before concrete is poured for the new I-10 westbound mainlanes bridge over Mason (looking west).

The embankment for the old Mason Road bridge is being removed by truck loads (looking north).

Crews are finishing the surface of the new I-10 westbound mainlanes bridge over Mason (looking west).
