Construction of the center portion of the I-10 mainlanes progresses with little disruption to the traffic flow.

Rebar in place before concrete is poured for the I-10 westbound mainlanes (west of Fry Road).

Construction continues on the I-10 westbound mainlanes bridge at Fry Road.

Construction workers are placing a panel for the I-10 westbound mainlanes bridge deck over Fry Road.

Heavy equipment is used to remove the existing I-10 eastbound frontage road (east of Park Ten).

A dump truck delivers concrete for the paving of the center portion of the I-10 mainlanes (west of Park Ten).

Texture is applied to the lanes using heavy equipment after the concrete has been poured and leveled.

To create the finished surface, groves are made in the concrete after the texture has been applied.

A concrete structure to support overhead roadway signs was recently cast east of Park Ten.
